THE JOB TRAINING PANASONIC
I started street vendors at Panasonic
Service with my friend Yulian Arthana and myself Kevin Caesario. We started
Prakerind on January 3, 2022 to be precise, on Monday. We entered from 08:00
and the office hours were open from 08:30 to 17:45, Every morning at the office
we did morning exercises before start learning and working activities after
that we did an introduction to the environment first we shake hands and get to
know the employees/seniors of the office
In January in week 1 we started learning
about Attitude because it is part of the service we also teach about
how to work together in a team and not depend on other people we are still
learning about it in the first week
In week 4 we repeat the understanding of
the lessons that were given in the previous week. In between we learn to
understand the repetition of the material, we also clean the workplace so that
it looks neat and comfortable for consumers
In February in week 1 we were ordered by
our superiors to do WFH (Work From Home) because Covid was getting worse we
were studying from home, we were given the task of learning about the basic
components, how to use them, and how to read them. We were also given the task
of learning to read a multimeter because this tool is very important for
measuring the voltage, resistance and current connected by a component. We were
given a month's holiday so we don't spread the virus and don't get infected
because the corona virus has high numbers.
In March, on weeks 1-2, we have started to
return to a situation that is quite calm from the corona virus, but we are
still often sprayed with disinfectant so that the virus decreases. also people
who do not comply with health protocols.
In March 3-4 weeks we ask for help to help
employees/seniors who are doing home service, we have a lot of experience in
home service because we can find various kinds of people and various kinds of
goods and services from people who ask for home service , during home service
we were also taught how to talk to consumers because there are various kinds of
consumers out there, so they cannot be generalized, we also do home service to
deliver goods from the service person to the person's destination we carry out
the installation at home these consumers because we provide maximum service by
the office.
In April we started work by participating
in Ramadan fasting activities because it is mandatory for Muslims we started
helping employees who arrived with heavy service items, to help move the goods
and also help employees who after finishing going around to pick up returned
goods.
In May we started learning to record
incoming goods and sort these items, because some of these items were orders
from consumers so we had to make sure these items matched consumer orders and
sorted them, when finished we started contacting consumers that the goods had
arrived for immediately make payments and collect goods, if it takes too long
then it is likely that the goods are in the warehouse so they can be damaged
piled up with other consumer ordered goods.
